what happened? I haven't lost since my last weigh in? I've been following my plan 100%.

I've been doing some strength training? I wonder if that might be a variable. I'm a little disappointed
111,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 36,3 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

I have't lost either i follow the Atkins 100% 4 months lost 10 lbs . Trying to lose 10 more lbs. Is seems more to it then protein which i eat 99.9% of the time I used to be in ketone from time to time but not now. I have read about body set which means that is the wht.your body likes to be. does anyone know how to upset the body set Wht.? I think you can eat more protein then you need and gain Wht.

yes; there is a website keto calculater that you can calculate protein needs ; because too much protein does convert to sugar

Did your waist go down significantly? If yes, stay the course. If no, you may want to double check intake.
