cocobutt's Logboek, 18 nov 11

Whew! So relieved to see my weight going back down in the right direction. If I can get through this weekend without thinking it's okay to splurge, I can get through Thanksgiving too. Small plate. No overeating. No BBQ. No desserts. Hmm... that's a lot of negatives. I need to focus on the positives -- a reasonable yet filling breakfast. A nice soup or yogurt for lunch. A fabulous salad or veggies for supper. And if I get hungry, have a cup of hot tea. That's what I have been doing and it really helps.
71,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 24,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 3,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
