well first weigh in since the baby was born. Looks like I have lost the baby weight now I need to loose the cookie and chocolate weight I gained during my pregnancy. no time like the present!! work outs have started as well, 3 times a week as a start. I hope to reach 160 by July. Hope eating healthy will work with out having to diet too much I can't diet until I am finished breast feeding. Here we go wish me luck!!!
