brisbee's Logboek, 18 mei 16

I had a light lunch as we were planning to eat out this evening. We had a nice dinner at Brio's where I got Blackened Tilapia with grilled vegetable (mostly carrots and green beans). It was very good and I made myself stop eating when I wanted to consume it all. Later I wasn't hungry so I got stopped in time. Wednesday a.m. then I was lighter.
77,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 15,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.
