after shooting up to 214.x (didn't log that...) things are going back down.
I'm aware of this, if I take in too much (carbs) I hold water like a tanker truck (doc noticed with the b12 shot and skin resistance to the needle), I feel lethargic and my attitude tends to get pissy...not to mention my BP gets on the higher end of 'normal'....
I swear, if anything (car/appliances/electronics/etc...)worked this way they'd be recalled as a consumer hazard. how would like it if your car lost power and handling if you put in too much gas? or your computer froze if you tried to watch an youtube video?...
