It's a see saw thing with the thyroid. I go down on the scale and go back up just as quick. I've entered for a 300 km bicycle cure for the ride for sick children with cancer. I'll spread out the kms over the month. Meantime, I spiked to 153.5 lbs in Atlanta Georgia I have lost some weight. Back to it again!
