Found out my weight at Dr. today. Last time I saw him was in Feb. and I weighed 1 pound less. So between Feb and June I lost and gained back 10 pounds!
Changed jobs and back to more sedentary work/life, so have been riding the stationary bike daily and started with weight work-out to increase strength and stamina today. Tired of being so weak!
I will lose that 10 again, and then keep going down with a new attitude about it all!
