OMG . finally under the weight ive been for the last few weeks!!!!!
hopefully this short sharp shock diet will help
its ok today as my other half is on a late shift. so diet dinner no problem. tomorrow hes off so ill have to resist the all day bbq and count very carefully what i do have.. will aim for steak and salmon and salad.. im not buying any coleslaw/potato salad/burger buns.. if they're not there then i cant eat them!

now measure 47-41.25-40. need to get my waist measurement under 35 as i carry all my fat on my stomach and its not helping my diabetes/blood sugar control

80,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 10,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 7,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
