Nutritionist told me last night that I am not getting enough good fats. I eat nuts everyday and fish most days but that's not enough. I am to start taking UDO 3-6-9 oil in the morning and Barlean's Fish Oil at night. He told me that in order for my body to release the bad fat I need to be giving it the good fat or it won't want to let go. Makes since, lets see if weight loss increases a little more quickly. I'd really like to be under 200 by new year.
