Happy Wednesday. It has been a good week. I am already feeling better putting good nutrients into my body. The scale going down is nice, but also the fact I am feeling better about myself and realizing I can make the life changes necessary to become healthy. That is empowering. I am learning as I go and I enjoy all the posts on this site for information and encouragement.
