Good morning, FS! I've been having fun with my new digital scale since I got it a week ago. I had intended to only weigh in once a week when I had the old analog scale, because I know from past experience that my weight could fluctuate up or down by as much as 5 pounds from day to day. But watching the fluctuations throughout the day has been very informative.
So, I've been weighing every morning, and I'm thrilled to say that as of this morning, I weigh the least I have weighed in over 25 years! It is a milestone, and encourages me to continue with the LCHF/IF lifestyle. I can finally look forward to a new version of me, not being self-conscious about hiding the belly rolls, or waddling when I walk.
The best part, though, is the absence of knee pain, hip pain, and shoulder pain.
I also love the fact that I'm no longer a slave to cravings! Sure, every now and then a thought crosses my mind that I could go for some potato salad or other old 'comfort' foods. But now I know how those things actually made me UNcomfortable, in the long run.

way to go on getting new scales...an on that loss...i often weigh at night..just to see if i will be showing a loss the next day...not that it matters..it is what it is the next day...
