I'm back to doing some low-calorie days to make up for social occasions where I eat too much. It works for me 😁 Interestingly I find that the low-cal days actually help to reduce my appetite on the other days too, which is brilliant!

Good loss. I too find that the odd lo-cal day has a knock on effect.
