I was feeling a little out of sorts yesterday. I watched several hours of Dr. Fung lectures, and didn't move around a lot. Not good! I do want to finish watching the 6 part series, but it just dawned on me that I can be using the resistance bands while I watch. DUH! I had the "kitty wants" all day....I wanted to eat something, but nothing sounded appetizing. I had a couple of bites of this and that, but really didn't eat a meal. I was off the 23/1 IF for the first time since the Beast Challenge started, but still managed 18/6, so I don't feel like it derailed me too badly. I do have to up the fiber intake, though...feeling bloated and bound up, if you get my drift. :P Happy Monday, FS friends!
