So cool! In the past 2 days 2 people said, "Wow, you lost a lot of weight! How did you do it?!" Ummm, burning more calories than I ate? lol. So funny how everyone is looking for that miracle weight loss pill : ) FS is my miracle weight loss pill. I told one guy, "It's a lot of work!" and he said, "Oh, yea you work at home". (That is NOT what I meant, I meant every meal is a conscious decision). I'm weighing in tomorrow, even a pound or two works : )

Yayyy!!!!! :) It's a great feeling when people notice! I'm excited for you about your weigh in! From looking at your diet calendar & knowing about your fasting, you've likely been in ketosis a lot also. IDK if you were aware or not, but I just wanted t make sure you knew if you didn't.

Thanks everyone, couldn't have come this far towards health without you! Honestly, I was thinking earlier today, "I must have been really, really fat because I still have globs of fat on my hips and stomach!" (Nice people didn't say, "You got really fat!" after I gained all the weight ; ) Cause' I got really fat!
