A new begining is upon me at last. I've been coming up with excuses to put off losing weight like, I need to finish school, or I need to buy new car first, or I need to do this or that frist. But if I just try everyday my best then I can really start losing now. I really want to be able to wear a dress for V-day next year.I haven't worn a dress since I was 19..im 26 nore.
That is why I have given myself the goal of losing 26 pounds in 10 weeks. That means I need to lose about 3 pounds a week for the next 10 weeks. This is hard but very doable with a resirtictive diet, some more exercise and willpower!
1,000-1,500 calories and carbs Below 30 Daily!
I wear about a size 18-20 now, I'm hoping at 26 pounds ligther I will be back down to a size 16. Which means normal clothing stores are possiblity for me again!
If I walk my dog for 60 mins everyday thats 1,700 calories burned a week and if I workout 5 days a week for 30 mins on elliptical that's 2,000 calories 3,500 = 1 pound lost from working out.

I used 3 different calulators to see how many calories my body burns at minumun a day. 2,100 just by being alive. lol! That means, I need to cut out about 5,000 calories from my weekly intake! Thats roughly 750 calories daily! Thats 1,300 calories a day. =) To meet my weight lose goal! Of couse non of this will work if I overload on carbs so I'm going to keep them below 30, which is pretty much next to nothing for a normal person.
