I weighed in at home - weight the same since the last weigh in on Thursday but I'm very happy I didn't have a gain. I enjoyed a glass of wine and a sour cream raisin bar at book club on Thursday night and went out last night with friends and had 2 drinks and grilled shrimp and some really yummy tortilla soup that had to be high calorie! The meal also came with mashed garlic potatoes but I had those boxed up and took them home with me. My husband will enjoy them with his steak tonight!
70,8 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,4 kg.    Nog te gaan: 2,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Maintaining is good. Remember the 80/20 rule - You have to live and have fun too. That is the real trick - adopting a diet and exercise routine that lets us maintain a healthy weight.You are doing great and you had a good workout today too. I think we should pat ourselves on the back for getting through a very dreary week of bad weather. Think spring.
