My daughter was sick last week, so I stayed home with her for most of it. She's fine now, but I wasn't able to get to the gym as much as I usually do. I worked out at home, so wasn't inactive.
Even with a 2-lb gain showing (which who knows, could show less tomorrow, but I only weigh myself once a week for an overall trend), I am still in my maintenance range (115, +/- 2 lbs). So, I'm not concerned. I'm now back to my normal gym schedule.
