tis the season to gain the weight, but 1 pound is better than 5 or 10. Starting the day after Christmas my diet will progress from worst to better, due to the fact that I don't save left overs and well for the most part I don't bake sweets like I used too. I hope that next month I can atleast lose 5 or 6 pounds. Merry Christmas to all who read my entry!
