Been a rough couple weeks. I'll do good for a couple days, then run out of prepped meals and eat junk. But I'm trying to be more consistent. I'm starting another 24-day challenge on Monday. So excited! 10 day cleanse and 14 day max phase. I did it earlier this year and I lost 16 pounds, plus my labs improved significantly. I actually had normal cholesterol. Haven't had that in years! Been working really hard this week. I'd love to hit 199 this week so that I start my challenge with a brand new number! Well, better get to work. Everybody have a great day!
