Nearly up to the 4 week mark, and surpassed all expactations so far. Lets hope I can stick with it strictly for another few months and see some real results. Still avoiding bars, but good friends have been forgiving/ encouraging so that's been great.
May go home to see the family this weekend which will be a real test of willpower! They are 300 miles away, so haven't been back since starting the diet. They're glad that I'm doing this, but they are full of the WORST advice. Why does everyone suddenly become an expert when they find out that you're trying to lose weight??? Sometimes get sick of having the same conversations over, and over, and over....
Anyway - I hope everyone else is doing ok? How will we manage over the holidays I wonder?
