Happy to see this drop and it's all down to diet -- despite a couple of cheat days. No exercise this week because a bum knee. Just some stretching to get my knee moving again. Seems to be improving slightly. Hope everyone is healthy and happy.

Weight loss is mostly about diet, although exercise can help a little, especially when you get near goal weight I think. Well done on eating well and losing!
