mskestrela's Logboek, 21 aug 16

My weight has been bouncing up and down all week. It might have something to do with 3 days of eating at restaurants. Lots of salads, too. I had a major case of, "I just don't feel like cooking". I did stay on plan every time, though. Maybe a little low on fats. Oh, well, I just keep on truckin'.
I did have a couple of lovely NSVs, however. I pulled out my skorts from last summer, and the 14's are just falling off of me! I went ahead and wore one to work, and got SO many compliments. Then after work, I had to make the dreaded WalMart run, and ran into a former co-worker who hadn't seen me in over a year. The first words out of her mouth were, "WOW! You've lost a lot of weight!" :D She asked how I did it, and was happy to learn.
Today is clean the fridge day. Not looking forward to it, but it's gotten a little gross.

If I lived near a salad bar, I'd be there too! How great does it feel to have clothes falling off and others notice! I put on a size 14 pant today too but they fell off. I guess they go in the trash. They are worn. Hope you made it out of the dreaded Wal-Mart alive and maybe with a few new articles of clothing for the ride down😁

Eating out will do it, but it is a nice reward. Just will need to adjust later on it. You have a great week!

I seem to gain when I do not get all my fats, or have too much protein.

make sure you get all your fats...do you do "fat bombs" when you are short??????Fat bombs.....coconut oil, cocoa powder, stevia.......melt, then spoon into individual cups of 1 tbs each.. or pour into pie plate at about 1/4 inch deep....freeze....and eat when you are short.....I eat one during the day cause they taste good and give me a jump in energy....luck.....

Thanks for the comments, friends. @Cathy, yeah, I do have fat bombs. They are yummy! I guess I'll have to add them in when the fats are a little shy. Thanks for the reminder!
