eightpac's Logboek, 23 aug 16

Feeling great, woke up went for a 50min run (90% walking). I reckon I could do this everyday.

I am now going to look low impact morning cardio classes to add more fat burning into my regime. Also I need to ensure that by the end of the week I have a heart rate monitor. I especially need this when I go for my morning walks if I decide not to go for Cardio classes.
132,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 21,4 kg.    Nog te gaan: 45,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
