After 3 days of fasting (600 or less calories each day) I feel more energy and focus. At 52 years old, I can honestly say, I have more energy than any pill has given me, and yes, I've tried a bunch. Fasting seems to be the key to success, at least for me. I have tried every other day fasting but I find myself CRAVING food way too much. In three days’ time, my stomach shrinks a lot because a Happy meal feels like eating 6 Whoppers. I'm just using the junk food as an example, in fact, I have stopped eating all that Fast, Cooperate, Toxic, Crap altogether! Since I'm eating so little, and saving a TON of money; I go to Trader Joe's, local produce and butchers, taking my time, and picking the freshest and highest quality foods. 3 ounces of choice cut beef is so cheap it’s laughable (3 ounces of Grass Fed, Prime Cut, NY Steak = $2.95).
