Hoffner's Logboek, 02 sep 16

Boy it is HARD! I am struggling lately. I'm not sure if it's hormones, exercise my medications or feeling blue that is screwing up my eating. I am committed to this whole, healthy plan thing. My calorie intake and the scales are against me. Still, we press on. 

It's so easy to fall off and stay in that zone for a while but the same can happen for the good stuff. Not as fun but the great reward of health can't be surpassed. Start fresh today and find some stress relief that's not food related. Wishing you well.
