9st 10.3 Fat 23.6% (2.5 off at WW thank goodness!) A small loss without the usual *ahem* prep on a Sat morning, but a loss nonetheless! I'm still going well over my calories every day, although the extra walking is earning me more, so most days I've come in just under the bar. Again need to be quite cautious if I can this week in advance of hol, and try to remember to weigh in Fri since we leave early Sat.
