i have been debating with myself ALL morning, should i? shouldnt i? log my weight?? and i have realised not logging it wont make it any less.... i knew yesterday when i didnt weigh, but i couldnt button my pants it wasnt good...
2 months of cake, poor/lazy/east supper choices, no water and and and have not been kind to me. its getting to a point now where i can no longer hide it under my clothing any more...
really now... what can it not be as easy to lose it as it is to gain it??
