finally 114 pounds, I've stayed around 115 for the longest time. going up and down from 115 to 118 I believe now I have everything under control. all I eat now is rolled ham, no bread, no drinks, only tea and water, bell peppers, wheat thin crackers, grapes, cucumbers cheese and almonds on my breaks at work and even after coming home I'm not even hungry, I really don't know if it's from stress or stomach shrinkage but it feels good to lose that one pound I've been aiming to lose.
114 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 15,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
