Ah Halloween, and it's partner my Birthday... It's really hard to do well when there are all those free little chocolates around at home AND work! Add to that my Birthday (Nov 6th) and I've decided to be happy for these two weeks as long as I don't put more weight back on!
Does anyone have problems with some extra skin left over after you've lost lots of weight? Any strategies to make it ... umm... fit again?
