Continued with the juicing today: had carrot and beetroot for b'fast and prepared a green juice to take with me to work. munched on raw chicory hearts as was feeling a tad hungry and also 2 bananas. weight has gone down today...did 30 mins on treadmill at 2 incline and 6.5 speed... I manage a 3.5km walk this way. i never go that pace on the road. i am also following the Nike + training club program and yesterday i had a 30 min workout.
