Feeling better than yesterday. Thanks for all the supportive thoughts and comments, taking this one day at a time. Grocery shopped last night and did not buy any junk food. Did buy strawberries, cantaloupe(sp?) and grapes. Need to do better getting veggies. I mainly eat frozen broccoli that I steam. Just don't really know how to prepare food if it is not simple. Thanks all!

How about some celery and baby carrots with hummus? Its a great, low calorie / low carb snack. Also, if you like eggs in the morning, you could always throw some mushrooms, onions, peppers in there. Have a great day!
