Carolyn Ray's Logboek, 05 jan 12

Well I weighed in and Im so dissappointed that I gained all my weight back over these last two years that I have been going to school. I joined a new challange today . I cant believe I have to lose 50 Lbs to be at a healthy weight. I have been eeating fairly healthy for the past month or so although I only starting logging recently. Im thinking about making a new page and logging what I didnt eat so I can see how many calories I skipped over and saved myself. What I DIDNT EAT: lemon merrange pie, candy canes left over from christmas, a second serving of hot wings, salted carmel mocha from starbucks(on the coffee run)doughnuts at the meeting. Im doing really good!!!
92,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 24,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.

i so know how you feel lost 30lbs last year got a new job sitting at a desk gained it all back +2, i could just go on or change it i know i can and i know i will im 53 and to old to be carring this around and to young to give up!! all things are possibly thru christ KEEP PRAYING!!
