logging a small gain this week but Im not even worried about it bc after the weekend we had, Im impressed that's all it was. AND i have not worked out one bit this week. I finally confronted the wench at work and went to HR to report her abusive and bullying behavior. It was really stressful for me and I did well just to not go on a food binge, so exercise was the least of my worries. BUT, its over, things are better and today is a fresh start (i start my weeks on Thursdays now). The WW meeting was about recovery and starting new and over when you fall off the wagon. Im a pro at that. Im really starting to feel like a Fit in with WW ( i was kinda iffy at first). There are some problems I need to address tho.
1. I think Im eating too much fruit. SOLUTION : going to start limiting myself to 3 a day and early in the day
2. Im not eating enough fresh vegetables. SOLUTION: cut back on the frozen meals and incorporate a veggy in my afternoon snack and a HUGE salad for dinner, every day
3. Im not drinking enough water SOLUTION: self explanatory
4. Im not slacking at the gym SOLUTION: step contest starts at work Monday. upping my daily goal to 12k a day
5. Im using too many of those extra weekly points. SOLUTION : pretend they dont exist.
Thats enough for one week. Need to get these basics under control. Need to remind myself not to eat out of boredom or bc its there and really ask myself, are you really hungry?? Have a wonderful day and week my fit family ! hugs from the land of red !!

Yep yep....1 is a very good point. Start the day with fresh fruit and nothing but fresh fruit, 2 is a very good point: fresh is best, and so are points 3 -5 :) Glad you sorted the bully out :)

thanks Rhon. Work has gotten a lot better. Is sad how one bad apple can ruin it but I honestly want to give her the benefit of the doubt and say she wasnt aware of how hurtful she was being and if she was shame on her. As far as Im concerned, im past it and am ready to enjoy work again! Live, learn, love right ?

hahaha PHIL. I cant blame WW this week. It was all me.. way to much booze and food on Saturday and Sunday .. a bite here and bite there , pitcher of this hahahaha.. we had a great weekend so it was worth it.. and it would help if I got my ass to the gym hahaha

I am with you! So easy to get loose on the intake and forget to eat vegetables or drink water.

My daughter (with my wife's help) made two pumpkin pies for my wife's upcoming birthday. I wasn't immune, in fact, I've been off-plan for most of the last month and will be until the wife's vacation is over. I know this and accept this, she doesn't particularly support my way of eating, but I've been keeping it to a 23:1, and trying to limit the "bad" foods to small portions, so I think I've at least maintained and haven't gained. Life's about living, after all!
