Got myself a cheat day after the good six days yesterday...HAD A MUSHROOM MELT CHEESE BURGER WITH BACON WITH A SIDE OF POUTINE AND COKE[wooohoooo]...feeling great and motivated... really don't mind the 1 lbs gain...its not always about how good u can hit, u also need to be able to get up every time u get hit :D :D :D
