Followed the plan to the letter yesterday. Was not too hungry, although dinner was very boring - grilled tuna fillet, cooked frozen spinach and cottage cheese. I'm going to do something a little more flavorful tonight. When I saw how little food was in my lunch box this morning, I actually panicked a little bit. Eating RyVita craker and peanut butter right now, that is pretty filling. I really miss my fruit! Only a couple of weeks of this, though.
Doing the 20 minute Pilates video in the morning and Curves workout at lunch. I'll stick to it for a solid week and see what happens. If I can get below 160, that will be fantastic, I can't remember the last time that happened.
