Pleased to be able to record a new low this week, and I plan to keep pushing this week, and see what I can achieve 😀 I hope the knees hold up.

Thanks folks! I went and hit some tennis balls today, and for a walk after. Trying something new for dinner tonight, a frozen ready-made lasagna, and I'll add veg. It fits my eating style reasonably well, so I hope it's nice!
