Well, I was less than perfect to say the least while traveling... so weak... but started the cycle as planned on Monday and am only up a tiny bit. I'm fasting today and tomorrow and anticipate feeling better and better from here on out. I have come to the realization that I will most likely not meet my goal of 139 by the time I get pregnant again but I am exercising and making smarter choices NOW so that i can keep it up during pregnancy and in turn minimize weight gain. It is more important to me to focus on being healthy while having getting pregnant a few pounds heavier than "i want to," than putting off having my second baby to wait for the pounds to be gone. Maybe that is not the best choice but so be it. I will already be lower this time than last time starting out and this time I will be in a regular workout routine that I will be able to maintain and tailor as my pregnancy progresses. So next month, no matter how things are looking (physically) me and the Hubs are hoping on the baby train! :) I'm praying things are as easy getting preggers this time as they were last time. :)
