Scale said 141-1/8 lbs today, so I'm entering 141.1 lbs. Did well with porridge for breakfast, as had half portion and just cinnamon as a sweetener, so no sugar. This worked well, so I'm going to do it in future.
Problems today were the coconut macaroon at lunchtime and the large portion of curry for dinner. I know I had the macaroon because I was thinking the lunch had plenty of protein foods and salad, but no carbs. It's good to have balanced meals, but it probably doesn't matter too much if there's a low carb lunch and a macaroon is high in calories. The chicken tikka masala was Slimming World, but whoops! the portion was meant for 4 people and I ate the lot. Result was a very high 1518 kcals. Mindyou the total could have been worse considering how much I ate.
