I was 200.4 two days ago.. I've been reading about intermittent fasting, such as the 5:2 diet and 24 hour fasts, but I kind of like the 16/8 method; 8 hours of eating, 16 hours of fasting. I've also been reading up on the Paleo diet; eating whole, unprocessed foods that resemble what they look like in nature. I'm going to try a combination of Paleo Diet, the 16/8 Method, and maybe once per week I could try a 24 hour fast; we'll see. Also I'm trying not to smoke.

Trying to quit smoking always makes losing weight more of a challenge, but you can doll it!! If possible, you may want to try exercising any time you start to want a cigarette -- kill two birds with one stone! Good luck, you!!!

I do LCHF, IF, and 5:2. Half the battle is finding what works for YOU. Good Luck with not smoking. Between losing weight and quitting smoking, for me not smoking has been the hardest. It's been a long time and I still think about it.....doing both at once would be hard, wishing you the BEST!
