Weight has gone up as had a family Birthday celebration and went to Wetherspoons yesterday. Had spare rib, chicken breast, chips, musroom, coleslaw and some bbq sauce with Appletizer as the drink. In the evening went to bonfire and firework display and had a cup of hot chocolate.
