Stepped on the Scale this morning, and I'm down to 205! Very Happy and Pleased with my Progress. It's a funny thing- I love the weekend and spend every waking moment at work thinking about what to do, where to go..etc. The bad thing is, I really "STRAY" from my Diet on the weekend. At work - Very Simple and I stay on Track. The Weekend...Not so Much!
Going to do a little shopping for Roller Blades I think this weekend. There are SO MANY types, I just need to get a good pair that can handle the rough roads here in Florida.. hopefully not to expensive though.
