I remember now. I always need a plan. New plan? 16:8 basic. Carb back load. Sunday... half-fast Sunday (say it carefully). Nothing until 6 PM, then one meal. Oh yeah. And log everything! *sigh*
90,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 3,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
