Weight is way, way up! Need to get this under control! I have been eating better, chicken, fish, shrimp instead of hamburgers, I've eaten fresh veggies, etc.
I think the snacking did me in, so going to really watch that this weekend - reach for a drink when I'm hungry instead of food.
