Wow, surprised to see the scale go down this week, but very happy, this will be a great motivational boost to start the weekend!

Now that I'm ALMOST at goal, I would like to aim for possibly another 3-5 pounds! Before I kept making excuses for menopausal weight gain and saying I couldn't loose weight - but now I know I CAN!
68,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Look how close you are to goal! Just .5 to go. I know you will stay motivated and have fun over the weekend. Celebrate your success before setting a new goal. I am down 9.8 lbs in the biggest loser contest and just .2 away from my goal there. I really want to get to 138 on Fat Secret but I will celebrate when I hit that 10 lb mark at BL. Pedal Pusher did well this week too - we lost almost 4lbs. Sandy and Bonnie did well too. Good week for everyone. Maybe we are getting the hang of this.
