The husband and I went out on the town with a couple of friends last night to celebrate my best bud's birthday. I can usually make good food choices when I eat out (the black bean soup at Zapata's is lovely!), but I couldn't resist the booze! So the fact that the scale didn't budge today is fine with me... drinking usually makes me gain.
