While I'm pleased with the progress, the rate of loss is making me slightly nervous because I've always heard that its easier to keep the weight off if you lose it slower (no idea how or why that'd be true). I'm not crash dieting, been eating when I'm hungry, eating what I want and hitting the gym.
Going to be a rough week as far as workouts go, because I'm out of town for a menu tasting at our venue, along with a cake tasting.
