I was planning to make mashed cauli for dinner to go with a ham slice and coleslaw. Went to the pantry and got the food processor, turned around and dropped it on the garage floor and it shattered. Out of desperation I made a quick cheese sauce to go over the steamed cauli and it was amazing. I'll be making the sauce again.
