Uh oh! I knew it was coming with such a huge loss last week. It is plateau time. No problem. I shall work through this. Probablly too much sodium over the Super Bowl weekend and not quite enough water to keep me flushed out. Such is the diet game. I will not be defeating. My daughter and I are meeting my wife after work to kick start the week with a great workout at Planet Fitness. I plan to hit the 30 minute circuit room as well as cardio work. Good luck everyone else in your journey as well.
