Up again. I did go up even more, but was ashamed to even post it. If I counted all the time i gained and lost these 3 lbs I would be over 100 lbs lost. Can't seem to get going in the right direction. I know the lack of exercise is the biggest problem. Too cold to go out walking. Not so much the cold, but the strong winds. Enough excuses I will try harder!
