Yesterday was a huge fail. Overate by 500 calories due to bad planning, a bad mood, and an extra long day at work that resulted in a beer when I got home.

But today's a new day! I still lost weight this week. I really need to get to the gym every day. That needs to be the next goal.
67,8 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 2,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
